Most Nutritional Studies Have Outcomes Based On Correlation. What Does That Mean?
Glad you asked!
What this means is that change in one variable corresponds to changes in another, meaning they are somehow connected or ASSOCIATED with one another.
Finding ASSOCIATION is relatively easy:
“Meat Eaters have higher risk of disease than vegans”.
HOWEVER, this does not mean that you will develop a disease if you eat meat.
ASSOCIATION does not equal CAUSATION.
There are many other variables to consider what will lead to the development of disease, and often studies are misinterpreted or misrepresented to manipulate an industry or cause, and it works both ways.
Always consider first and foremost the quality and amounts of what you put in your body. Focus on what TO EAT and not what NOT TO EAT.
